Roscrea RFC Boys u13s
The Roscrea RFC boys u13s are in excellent form this season in their first year of full competitive rugby. On Sunday December 15th they visited Coolmine RFC for their leinster youths fixture. Coolmine is always a tough place to visit and so it proved on this occasion. But Michael Moloneys men are made of stern stuff and in a low scoring game came out on top after another massive defensive performance. With a score of 12 – 0, Roscrea left Dublin with the points. Tries were scored by the excellent Declan Walsh and the imperious Sean Nolan with Aaron Moloney scoring a conversion. James Sampson, James O’sullivan and Levente Kunos were excellent on their debuts. Sean Nolan was named man of the match after another superb performance although there were many who lined out in maroon who could have received the plaudits. This is a team who mean business and the sky is the limit for them now. Coach Michael Moloney thanked Coolmine for their hospitality and wished them well for the rest of the season.
