What age can children start playing rugby at Roscrea RFC?
Our mini rugby section welcomes new players from U5. It is a fun, safe introduction to rugby for boys and girls, with age-appropriate games and coaching.
Do you offer trial sessions before joining?
Yes. New players are very welcome to come along and try rugby before registering. Use the contact form to let us know who is coming and we will point you towards the right group.
How much is club membership?
Adult playing membership is €150. Minis and youth membership is €75, with a jersey included for first-time registration. Family membership (2 adults plus all underage children) is capped at €220. Non-playing membership is €150 and includes access to request Ireland international tickets. Jedi membership is €5.
Can I hire the clubhouse for a private or corporate event?
Yes. Our clubhouse, bar and hall can be rented for a range of events. Enquiries and availability are handled through the contact form and are managed by the Bar Manager and Chairperson.
How can I volunteer at the club?
Roscrea RFC runs on volunteers, from coaching and match-day help to fundraising and admin. If you would like to get involved, send us a message. Volunteer queries are coordinated through the Secretary.
